What you will do

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from talent selection and briefing to execution and reporting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators to expand the agency's network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results-driven work for high-value clients.
• Support new business growth by developing pitch materials and participating in presentations.
• Handle contract negotiations and partnership management.
• Coordinate on-the-ground activations, including shoots and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end influencer campaign management.
• Deep expertise in major social platforms and the creator ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with high attention to detail.
