Social Media Producer, Magic Radio

Social Media Producer (Magic Radio): Planning, creating and publishing engaging social content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok with an accent on platform-optimised videos, graphics, photography and copywriting. Location: Hybrid role, 2–3 days per week based in London office (NW1 2PL, UK). Flexible to work out of normal office hours for shows or events.

What you will do

• Produce social content including videos, graphics, photography and written posts optimised for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Engage with audiences in the Magic Radio tone of voice and work from content calendars for consistent posting.
• Monitor social trends, audience behaviour and platform updates.
• Support Social Media Lead and Senior Producer with planning, projects and live posting at events.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and collaborate with presenters, artists and contributors.

Requirements

• Professional experience in social media and digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Confidence shooting video and content on mobile devices.
• Ability to brief and direct presenters, guests and contributors.
• Experience planning and scheduling social content.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar; confident copywriting in brand tone; strong editorial judgement.
