Location: Hybrid in London (office attendance at least once a week required)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the Paid Social strategy for B&W and bloomon across multiple markets to hit order volume and CAC targets.
  • Design and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to automate reporting, audience research, and campaign optimization.
  • Lead structured creative testing by designing experiments with clear hypotheses and scaling winning frameworks.
  • Manage the end-to-end briefing process, coordinating with creative and brand teams for digital asset requirements.
  • Maintain a rolling multi-market Paid Social roadmap using project management tools like Asana.
  • Collaborate with BI and Product teams to surface insights that improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns with a proven emphasis on creative strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to identify high-performing visual hooks.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office at least once a week.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across international and local teams.
  • AI-driven mindset with a focus on leveraging tools to unlock data-driven insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with specialized creative testing tools.
  • Familiarity with other digital channels such as SEO, SEA, or Affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling international and localized markets.
