What you will do
- Own and evolve the Paid Social strategy for B&W and bloomon across multiple markets to hit order volume and CAC targets.
- Design and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to automate reporting, audience research, and campaign optimization.
- Lead structured creative testing by designing experiments with clear hypotheses and scaling winning frameworks.
- Manage the end-to-end briefing process, coordinating with creative and brand teams for digital asset requirements.
- Maintain a rolling multi-market Paid Social roadmap using project management tools like Asana.
- Collaborate with BI and Product teams to surface insights that improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns with a proven emphasis on creative strategy.
- Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to identify high-performing visual hooks.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the London office at least once a week.
- Experience in stakeholder management across international and local teams.
- AI-driven mindset with a focus on leveraging tools to unlock data-driven insights.
Nice to have
- Experience with specialized creative testing tools.
- Familiarity with other digital channels such as SEO, SEA, or Affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling international and localized markets.
