What you will do

  • Own and drive the full campaign lifecycle from strategic planning through to launch and performance analysis using proprietary tools.
  • Lead media strategy and budget planning across multiple high-profile entertainment clients.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization at scale to improve campaign performance, processes, and tooling.
  • Collaborate as a strategic partner with Sales and Business Intelligence teams to shape pitches and measurement.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and agencies, managing complex briefs and communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid online marketing with a proven track record of delivering results independently.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Display Network, TikTok, and Google Analytics.
  • English: Native or near-native (C2) proficiency required for UK, AU, and NZ campaigns.
  • Location: Must already be based in London with legal right to work in the UK.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable decisions.
