A fast-growing fintech leader providing a secure SaaS platform for electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) across utility, government, and insurance industries.

What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition via prospecting, networking, and inbound lead generation.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and demonstrations aligned to government and tax sector needs.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.com.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools for account research, outreach optimization, and pipeline analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal progression and ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of closing experience in IT or software sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be based in Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
  • Experience selling into government or tax verticals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
