What you will do

• Coordinate performance management and talent review processes.
• Manage learning programs and leadership development activities, including funded training processes.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze HR and talent data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with managers on recruitment, selection, and retention strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and organizational design.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid Excel proficiency.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
