People & Culture Manager

TL;DR

People & Culture Manager (HR): Leading local People & Culture operations and strategy for Italy with an accent on employee relations, labor legislation compliance, and change management. Focus on partnering with business leaders, developing the local P&C team, and driving high-performance culture across a matrixed industrial organization.

Location: Must be based in Agrate Brianza, Italy (Hybrid: up to 2 days remote per week).

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of global and business-specific people strategies within Italy.
• Partner with business leaders and Managing Directors to ensure high-quality people practices.
• Coach and develop a local P&C team of two professionals.
• Manage employee relations, risk, and Works Council activities.
• Provide expert advice on Italian labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle and drive continuous improvement in HR operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Agrate Brianza, Italy.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• In-depth knowledge of Italian employment regulations.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience in an international, matrixed environment.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
