TL;DR
HR Director Europe (HRBP/Strategy): Leading and coordinating HR activities across European entities with an accent on standardization, labor law compliance, and organizational development. Focus on driving HR strategy, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and scaling people operations in a fast-growing e-mobility environment.
Location: European entities and locations across Europe
Total compensation: starting from €120,000 gross per year, including a 40% variable bonus based on goal achievement

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate HR activities across European entities in alignment with business objectives, company culture, and global HR standards.
- Standardize, harmonize, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, procedures, and organizational frameworks.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and people performance.
- Oversee labor-law compliance, payroll execution, HR budgeting, workforce planning, HR controlling, KPI reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Drive global HR processes including talent management, learning and development, succession planning, retention, and HR systems improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Several years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR business partnering or HR leadership in an international, multi-site environment.
- Expertise across personnel administration, labor relations, health and safety, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and development, recruitment, HR controlling, and diversity and inclusion.
- Strong knowledge of Italian and European employment legislation, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience leading organizational change, managing HR processes across multiple countries, and working in international matrix organizations.
- Excellent English plus Italian and/or German required.
