TL;DR

HR Director Europe (HRBP/Strategy): Leading and coordinating HR activities across European entities with an accent on standardization, labor law compliance, and organizational development. Location: Must be based in Europe

Compensation: €120,000–€180,000 (including 40% variable bonus)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate HR activities across all European entities to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Standardize and harmonize HR processes, policies, and procedures across multiple locations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to management on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure full compliance with national labor laws and regulatory requirements while overseeing payroll.
• Manage HR budgeting, workforce planning, and data-driven KPI reporting.
• Foster constructive relationships with works councils, labor representatives, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.
• Several years of progressive HR leadership experience in an international, multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian and European employment legislation.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Italian and/or German.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and implement complex HR strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR controlling and workforce analytics.
