What you will do

• Oversee centralized payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for all US facilities.
• Supervise and develop a team of 5 direct and 8 indirect reports, including recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency in transaction processing.
• Champion implementation of new ERP and finance systems, collaborating with IT.
• Develop KPIs, produce financial reports, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish internal controls, coordinate audits, and deliver staff training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Proven management and team development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, receivables, payables processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management skills; commitment to improvement and ethics.
