What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure prompt invoice collection.
• Collaborate with and support an offshore collections team to achieve collection targets.
• Proactively pursue overdue debts through phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Monitor customer accounts for risk and escalate problem debts when necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and billing queries.
• Perform credit checks and establish credit limits in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Management, Credit Analysis, or Accounts Receivable roles.
• Strong understanding of credit control principles and Americas debt collection practices.
• Excellent negotiation and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or NetSuite.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Must be based in Sandy, UT, USA
