What you will do

• Oversee client accounts, including month-end financials, payables, budgeting, and reforecasting.
• Manage the transition and establishment of new assignments and oversee database creation for tenant records.
• Perform final review and approval of monthly and annual operating reports.
• Lead, delegate, and evaluate performance for Senior Client Accountants and interns.
• Maintain client relationships through regular financial performance reviews and annual budget meetings.
• Handle annual IRS 1099 filings and ensure compliance with internal ethics policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, Texas, USA.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach others effectively.

• Strong knowledge of Yardi software.
• Experience with Workday software.
