What you will do

• Assist contract renewal team to enhance client agreements and sustain relationships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal, and accounting to deliver accurate contracts
• Process orders, quotes, and opportunities in Salesforce efficiently
• Serve as liaison for integration agreements and hardware orders between sales and customer success
• Communicate with customers on purchase orders, quotes, and payments
• Compile documentation and help guides for sales and customer success teams

Requirements

• BS/BA degree
• Proactive self-starter with detail-oriented skills
• Confidence in phone communications and strong written skills
• Team player able to communicate with all stakeholder levels
• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and problem-solving judgment
• Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) is a plus
