TL;DR

Field Sales Account Executive (Payments): Identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients in the payments space with an accent on automotive businesses including dealerships and service providers. Focus on conducting in-person meetings, building long-term relationships, consultative selling, and driving revenue growth through strategic pipeline development and deal closing.

Flex First: choose to work from Santa Barbara office or remotely from home. All employees must reside in CA, CO, GA, IL, MN, NY, TX. US work eligibility verification required upon hire.

Base salary: $74,200/year plus commission and benefits.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients, focusing on automotive, dental, veterinary, and legal services.
  • Prospect via cold calls and referrals to build and convert a robust pipeline of qualified leads into deals.
  • Navigate contract negotiations, close sales, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Perform market research on trends and competitors to tailor sales strategies.
  • Network at local events and conferences to promote hirify.global.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years field sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years payments industry experience
  • Minimum 1 year selling to automotive sector (dealerships/service providers)
  • Proven track record exceeding sales quotas
  • Consultative selling, client needs diagnosis, tailored solutions
  • Contract negotiation and closing experience
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Current valid driver's license, car insurance meeting local requirements, clean driving record
  • Must reside in CA, CO, GA, IL, MN, NY, TX
  • Self-motivated with strong organization and time management

  • Experience in both payments and automotive verticals
  • Excellent territory knowledge and networking skills
