TL;DR

Location: Marietta, GA office environment with up to 30% travel to company offices and client locations. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export control requirements (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees, or asylees).

What you will do

  • Design and implement sales workflows, processes, and tools (CRM, reporting dashboards) for seamless coordination between sales and operations.
  • Lead and develop sales operations team, establish KPIs, training programs, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze sales data for insights on pipeline, forecasting, win/loss patterns, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Partner with VP of Testing on commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, territory design, and quota-setting.
  • Support financial planning with revenue forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in technical/industrial services sales, minimum 3 years in leadership
  • 3+ years leading commercial strategy, sales operations, or go-to-market planning
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills in data visualization, sales reporting, financial modeling; proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional navigation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30%; valid driver’s license
  • U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance
