What you will do
- Drive new business growth and boost profitability in existing accounts by identifying high-impact opportunities.
- Serve as strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
- Build and energize referral networks and execute proactive outreach to generate sales momentum.
- Build and manage sales pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.
- Partner with sales teams to expand customer relationships.
- Deliver persuasive presentations demonstrating solutions for client needs.
- Travel within designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign new local businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience with emphasis on solution selling, small businesses, and merchants.
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets with data-driven mindset.
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory development skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer success.
- Quick grasp of technology fundamentals applied to business needs.
- Open to feedback, personally accountable, and committed to growth.
Nice to have
- Background in SAAS or payments.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
