Location: Hybrid in the UK, with flexible remote options

What you will do

  • Report to UK GTM Leader and collaborate with UK MT to develop mid-market sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and lead a small new business sales team, supporting performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
  • Deliver individual sales targets, manage execution of team targets, pipelines, and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance through volume, margins, and advancing client relationships to value-add partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations of high-value long-term contracts and present cost-benefit proposals for hirify.global solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on customer experience and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales, at least 3 years in leadership within HCM, HR Tech, or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record achieving sales targets and leading teams to revenue goals in competitive markets
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles: prospecting, negotiation, closing
  • Exceptional leadership to inspire, mentor, and coach teams
  • Excellent verbal/written communication for C-level presentations and building trusted relationships
  • Relentless drive to exceed goals in high-pressure environments
