What you will do

• Lead and own market entry and go-to-market strategy for the UK in alignment with the Germany-based Global Hub
• Drive business development and enterprise sales across public and private sectors (B2B/B2G), identifying opportunities and tailoring solutions for industries
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
• Acquire and grow lighthouse customers, especially in regulated sectors like banking, insurance, healthcare, and energy
• Recruit, onboard, and manage partners such as resellers, system integrators, and consultancies in a hybrid go-to-market model

Requirements

• Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS business development, enterprise sales, or key account management, ideally launching new markets
• Proven track record in building new markets or business areas, from exploration to scaling
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation
• English C2; German and other languages a plus
