Compensation & Equity Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Own end-to-end compensation salary survey process, including benchmarking roles and maintaining market pay data.
• Provide governance for salary structures, job architecture, data audits, and compensation inquiries.
• Administer equity programs: process grants, vesting, exercises, ESPP enrollments, and stock loans.
• Serve as primary contact for employee equity questions and support deferred compensation administration.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and Tax for accurate transactions and issue resolution.
• Support global equity expansion, compliance, audits, and process improvements including UAT for system changes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in Compensation, Equity, or related field; Insurance experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel for modeling and data interpretation.
• Self-starter able to work independently on varied projects.
• Demonstrate AI skills or curiosity to leverage tools for process optimization.

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience with benchmarking tools like Market Pay.
