What you will do
- Own end-to-end compensation salary survey process, including benchmarking roles and maintaining market pay data.
- Provide governance for salary structures, job architecture, data audits, and compensation inquiries.
- Administer equity programs: process grants, vesting, exercises, ESPP enrollments, and stock loans.
- Serve as primary contact for employee equity questions and support deferred compensation administration.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and Tax for accurate transactions and issue resolution.
- Support global equity expansion, compliance, audits, and process improvements including UAT for system changes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in Compensation, Equity, or related field; Insurance experience desirable.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel for modeling and data interpretation.
- Self-starter able to work independently on varied projects.
- Demonstrate AI skills or curiosity to leverage tools for process optimization.

- Experience with Workday.
- Experience with benchmarking tools like Market Pay.
