What you will do

• Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, salary structures, and incentive plans.

• Conduct job evaluations, manage compensation budgets, and generate analytical reports.
• Collaborate with HR and management to integrate compensation with performance management.
• Provide training, support audits, and identify process improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of work performed within facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years relevant experience or Master’s + 3 years.
• Fully proficient in compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently or in a team.
