What you will do

• Conduct analyses of salary and benefits packages, benchmarking against industry standards and peer organizations.
• Evaluate positions using job evaluation methodologies to determine market pricing and salary ranges.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA laws and other applicable compensation regulations.
• Build and maintain tools to analyze and visualize compensation data for informed decision-making.
• Partner with HRIS to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration of compensation processes.
• Support People Partners and Recruiting on offer development and compensation-related decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in compensation analysis and HR analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Foster City, CA.
