What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendors, and facilities at Millennium Tower.
  • Provide administrative support to principals and team: scheduling, correspondence, phone/email, meeting prep.
  • Greet guests and manage front-office experience aligned with company brand.
  • Coordinate DocuSign setup/routing and support transactions team with document delivery to title companies/lenders.
  • Maintain filing systems, handle mail/packages, and enter accounts payable.
  • Update company website, coordinate hospitality/events like staff lunches.
  • Handle ad hoc projects with problem-solving in a fast-paced team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years administrative, office management, or operations support experience.
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and digital file management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, professional communication.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in real estate, development, legal, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with transaction processes: document routing, closings, title/escrow.
  • Accounts payable or vendor invoice management experience.
  • Website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Comfort in fast-paced, small-team environment.
