What you will do

• Produce internal reports for departmental strategy and business purposes.
• Manage departmental invoicing, fee tracking, and general inquiries.
• Provide direct project support to the Head of Department, including travel and valuation visit arrangements.
• Coordinate High Lot Reviews by gathering documentation and verifying comparables.
• Handle final document preparation, printing, binding, and mailing.
• Maintain client accounts, valuation agreements, and desktop appraisal updates.
