Salary: $42,400 - $63,600 + cash incentives

What you will do
- Manage daily office operations, including greeting guests, mail distribution, and ensuring shared spaces represent the brand.
- Oversee inventory for office and pantry supplies, and manage contracts with external service vendors.
- Coordinate regional hospitality requests, negotiate hotel rates, and organize events to drive commercial impact.
- Provide on-site A/V and IT support for conference rooms and internal guests.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including access codes, parking, and office guidelines.
- Liaise with property management for building repairs and manage the general office vehicle fleet.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in office management, event planning, or administration.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in managing budgets and creating budget trackers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
