What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent, high-impact programs across GPU infrastructure domains
• Define program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with company goals
• Drive cross-organizational alignment on complex initiatives like dynamic power throttling, fleet-wide provisioning, and observability
• Partner with engineering leadership to guide technical decisions
• Identify and resolve systemic risks and bottlenecks
• Establish and improve program management frameworks and best practices

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in technical program management
• Strong background in infrastructure, distributed systems, or hardware/software systems
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations
• Excellent structured thinking, communication, and execution skills
