Global provider expanding HR Operations in LATAM as part of a connected international HR leadership team.

What you will do

  • Build and lead regional HR Operations structure, overseeing onboarding, changes, and exits.
  • Coach HR Operations Specialists for accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize processes, playbooks, and automation.
  • Partner with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Legal, and ERMO on seamless service delivery.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support digital tools including AI solutions.
  • Use metrics to monitor performance and provide regional insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, or Peru for remote work
  • Broad HR Operations or Shared Services experience across multiple countries.
  • Proven success leading teams and embedding new processes.
  • Deep knowledge of HR compliance, governance, and global matrix collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset for simplification and improvement.
  • Comfort in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and technology adoption.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or global HRIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR automation or AI solutions.
  • Exposure to global shared services models.
