What you will do

  • Partner with clients and candidates across Scotland’s construction sector to provide talent solutions.
  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of key accounts, including major contractors and SMEs.
  • Lead strategic hiring conversations and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Identify and engage top talent using advanced recruitment tools and an industry-leading CRM.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from shortlist to offer and onboarding.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive continuous improvement through commercial insight.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruitment professional within the construction or built environment sector.
  • Strong ability to build, strengthen, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Edinburgh office.
