Salary: £27,976 - £29,500

What you will do
- Promote candidates to employers and raise awareness of program support to facilitate inclusive recruitment.
- Develop and manage individualized action plans and conduct regular progress check-ins with customers.
- Build partnerships with employers to create sustainable employment opportunities.
- Facilitate work placements, trials, and shadowing opportunities.
- Provide ongoing in-work support to help customers sustain and thrive in their roles.
- Maintain high-quality customer records in accordance with contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working with people facing barriers to employment, including disabilities and health conditions.
- Proven ability to provide one-to-one support, coaching, and constructive challenge.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing caseloads.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Nice to have
- Driving licence and access to a car.
- University degree or track record of success in target-driven sales or case management.
- Understanding of supported employment programs such as IPS or SEQF.
- Knowledge of the local employment market in the Isle of Wight area.
