Salary: £27,976 - £29,500

What you will do

• Promote candidates to employers and raise awareness of program support to facilitate inclusive recruitment.
• Develop and manage individualized action plans and conduct regular progress check-ins with customers.
• Build partnerships with employers to create sustainable employment opportunities.
• Facilitate work placements, trials, and shadowing opportunities.
• Provide ongoing in-work support to help customers sustain and thrive in their roles.
• Maintain high-quality customer records in accordance with contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working with people facing barriers to employment, including disabilities and health conditions.
• Proven ability to provide one-to-one support, coaching, and constructive challenge.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing caseloads.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Nice to have

• Driving licence and access to a car.
• University degree or track record of success in target-driven sales or case management.
• Understanding of supported employment programs such as IPS or SEQF.
• Knowledge of the local employment market in the Isle of Wight area.
