What you will do
- Lead the strategic execution of the EMEA marketing plan in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the strategy, promotion, and execution of all owned and third-party events in the region.
- Serve as the senior marketing lead for the EMEA sales organization to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Manage the marketing mix, including digital journeys, paid campaigns, and field marketing initiatives.
- Develop and operationalize scalable processes for repeatable initiatives like webinars and ABM campaigns.
- Track campaign success metrics and evaluate performance against pre-set KPIs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing or a related area.
- Must be based in Spain or the United Kingdom.
- English proficiency required.
- Expert project and budget management capabilities.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with experience delivering localized marketing plans.
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
Nice to have
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and Asana.
- Language skills in French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
