TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing the full post-sales lifecycle for top enterprise customers to drive product adoption and retention with an accent on strategic relationship building and value realization. Focus on reducing churn risk, conducting strategic business reviews, and acting as a trusted advisor for SaaS security posture.
Location: Remote, USA (slight preference for MST or PST time zones)
Salary: Up to $180k OTE

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for top enterprise customers, overseeing all post-sales activities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors to drive product adoption and business value.
- Develop and monitor deployment and change management plans while identifying utilization trends and risks.
- Increase customer retention through regular health checks and strategic business reviews.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to track improvement requests, troubleshooting, and bugs.
- Own the renewal strategy in coordination with the Renewals Manager to eliminate churn risk.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success within a SaaS organization, consulting, or sales engineering.
- Proven track record of working directly with large enterprise customers and C-level executives.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud security or Identity and Access Management (IAM) is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, M365, ServiceNow, Workday, or Okta.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to resolve difficult customer situations.
Nice to have
- Startup experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
- Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
