What you will do

• Develop and manage a customer portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
• Own and drive the customer lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction and successful product use.
• Minimize customer churn by implementing strategic customer success plans.
• Resolve customer concerns and conduct product demonstrations.
• Analyze data and trends to improve the customer experience and influence engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure visibility and meet customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security.
• 1+ years of work experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience in performing project management activities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas, US

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Internship experience as a CSM for a cybersecurity vendor.
• Experience using CSM platforms such as Gainsight or Planhat.
