What you will do

• Design and facilitate comprehensive sales training, onboarding, and certification programs.
• Implement AI-powered tools for personalized learning, AI video generation, and coaching simulations.
• Integrate conversation intelligence and predictive analytics into sales enablement workflows.
• Manage and mentor a direct report to foster professional development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training with business goals.
• Track L&D KPIs and ROI using Kirkpatrick's model and AI-driven analytics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery.
• 3+ years in frontline sales or sales enablement functions.
• 2+ years in people leadership roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with learning design tools like Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, or Canva.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Franklin Covey, Challenger, or MEDDPICC frameworks.
• Coursework in AI applications for learning design or prompt engineering.
• Experience implementing generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot into training workflows.
• Knowledge of AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning methodologies.
