TL;DR
Associate Territory Manager (Medical Devices): Driving sales and providing clinical support for cardiovascular medical devices with an accent on physician engagement and account management. Focus on educating healthcare staff, optimizing patient enrollment in ZOLL Patient Management, and expanding market share for LifeVest and CDx products.
Location: Field-based in Northern VA / Maryland (Bethesda, MD and Falls Church, VA). Must be willing to relocate within the Area's boundaries at the discretion of the Area Director.
Salary: $95,000 (Base $70,000 + commission)

What you will do
- Drive sales growth and manage assigned accounts for LifeVest and CDx product portfolios.
- Engage, educate, and persuade physicians and support staff through one-on-one discussions, exhibits, and conferences.
- Train customers on the ZOLL Patient Management (ZPM) system to enable prescribing entities to become self-sufficient.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers on administrative support, territory coverage, and management tasks.
- Analyze territory trends and report insights to Regional Management to optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate medical order submission by educating hospital and office staff on requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
- Valid state driver's license required.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in pharma/medical devices, OR 2 years of clinical support/cardiology experience, OR 3 years as a Junior Military Officer.
- Ability to influence clinical decision-making through presentation and discussion of clinical data.
- Willingness to relocate within the Area's boundaries at the discretion of the Area Director.
