What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of Retail Delivery business development strategies aligned with the long-term strategic plan.
• Drive new branch growth through market analysis, business case development, and launch execution.
• Identify emerging markets, member segments, and partnership opportunities using market intelligence.
• Own membership growth and revenue targets across designated retail programs.
• Provide strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee Workplace Banking, Community Reputation Program (CRB), and Union Banking initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or financial services.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving enterprise growth within large, complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of credit union operations and the regulatory environment.

• Familiarity with banking trends and innovation frameworks.
