What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of Retail Delivery business development strategies aligned with the long-term strategic plan.
- Drive new branch growth through market analysis, business case development, and launch execution.
- Identify emerging markets, member segments, and partnership opportunities using market intelligence.
- Own membership growth and revenue targets across designated retail programs.
- Provide strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Oversee Workplace Banking, Community Reputation Program (CRB), and Union Banking initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or financial services.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving enterprise growth within large, complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of credit union operations and the regulatory environment.
Nice to have
- Expertise with affinity group development and B2B strategy.
- Familiarity with banking trends and innovation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
