What you will do

  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships with technology providers, data partners, and insurtech companies to expand the company ecosystem.
  • Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and strategic evaluation to deal structuring, negotiation, and launch.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support deal structuring and executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and solutions.
  • Establish governance frameworks and success metrics to measure and optimize partnership performance.
  • Build strategic relationships that may facilitate future corporate acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, business development, or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and executing complex strategic partnerships or commercial alliances.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within enterprise SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience within enterprise SaaS, insurance technology, or financial services ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise in capital allocation evaluation and complex commercial agreement negotiation.
