Location: Remote on the East Coast in the United States or Hybrid in New York City

Salary: $260,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the national payer Account Director team to secure formulary access for COMP360 across Commercial and Medicare channels.
  • Develop and execute national account strategies by profiling key decision-makers and identifying barriers to formulary inclusion.
  • Articulate clinical and economic value propositions using HEOR evidence and budget impact models.
  • Collaborate with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to align account strategies with market access frameworks.
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with national and regional payer accounts.
  • Build function infrastructure, including KPIs and reporting frameworks, from scratch.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech market access.
  • Proven track record of securing formulary access for launch-stage specialty or breakthrough products.
  • Deep knowledge of the US payer landscape and formulary decision-making processes.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Public Health, Health Economics, or Pharmacy preferred.
  • Must have employment rights in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
  • Must be based on the East Coast for remote work or in New York City for hybrid work.
