Compensation: $100,900 – $168,200 (Total Target Cash)

What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand customer challenges, goals, and opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to customer strategies to deliver measurable improvements.
- Achieve revenue targets through new sales and timely renewals to ensure long-term account growth.
- Partner with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to execute strategic account plans.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making, forecast accurately, and identify growth opportunities.
- Navigate complex matrix environments to accelerate decision-making and reduce barriers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in corporate or knowledge-based industries.
- Proven success in strategic account planning and consultative selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization.
