Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 USD (on-target earnings)

What you will do
- Drive expansion revenue through strategic upselling of premium features and cross-selling complementary EverPro solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews to uncover growth opportunities and align the product portfolio with evolving customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle for upsells and cross-sells, maintaining a healthy pipeline in Salesforce.
- Identify and mitigate churn risk by monitoring account health signals and collaborating with Customer Success.
- Partner with CSMs and Sales teams to coordinate account strategies and hand-offs across multiple brands.
- Provide customer insights and market intelligence to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within B2B SaaS.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding upsell and cross-sell targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to navigate complex buying decisions.
- Highly analytical approach to leveraging metrics for prioritization and accurate forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
