TL;DR
Account Manager (Sales): Strengthen relationships and serve as primary point of contact for 25–100 key customers using digital manufacturing solutions with an accent on uncovering opportunities, co-creating solutions, and driving retention and growth. Focus on aligning customer KPIs with analytics tools, penetrating accounts across service lines, and leveraging internal resources to expand wallet share and operational efficiency.
Location: Fixed hybrid role onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Due to ITAR regulations, only open to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status. Individuals with temporary visas (e.g. E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN or OPT) are not eligible.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 USD/year base (Total Cash $70,000 - $100,000)

What you will do
- Align with customer KPIs using business analytics (SFDC, DOMO) across product life cycles and service lines.
- Understand customer business to provide solutions, penetrate accounts, and sell across all service lines.
- Map product life cycle supply chains, address objections, and create competitive advantages.
- Leverage account team and internal resources to meet expectations and grow account value.
- Drive operational results while focusing less than 75% on day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with proven record of growing customer partnerships.
- Experience with CRM tools for sales process and forecasting.
- Familiarity with manufacturing product life cycle and service lines.
- Proficient in presentation, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with focus on achieving sales goals; understanding of manufacturing and engineering conversations.
