Location: Based in Phoenix, AZ office as part of hybrid in-office operation
Salary: $95K–$110K base (NY metro bands, eligible for bonus and equity)

What you will do
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, time off, and employee relations in partnership with People Team
- Deploy People policies on performance management, internal mobility, recruitment, compliance, and learning
- Maintain employee data accuracy in systems like Rippling
- Oversee hybrid office operations, vendors, supplies, seating, and space planning
- Coordinate in-office events, gatherings, and engagement initiatives
- Track budgets, handle facilities issues, and improve workplace experience
Requirements
- 4-6 years HR/People Operations experience, preferably in high-growth tech/startup
- Experience building and presenting HR data analytics
- Ability to handle operational and strategic initiatives
- High emotional/social intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Passion for people and organizational dynamics
