What you will do

  • Partner with technical leaders to scale departments, advising on search strategies and providing scalable solutions
  • Leverage metrics to diagnose hiring gaps, track trends, and optimize funnels
  • Manage and develop a team of senior recruiters and managers, focusing on performance and career growth
  • Act as trusted advisor to executives, building relationships and influencing headcount planning
  • Drive operational excellence, set standards, and align teams on high-impact priorities
  • Shape R&D talent strategy, influence systems and tooling, and strengthen employer brand through candidate experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years recruiting leadership experience, including managing managers and senior recruiters in high-growth tech environments
  • Track record scaling technical organizations and building diverse, inclusive teams
  • Business partner to senior leaders, using data and market insights for strategies
  • First-principles thinker, solving funnel issues with scalable TA solutions
  • Navigate ambiguity with structure, communicate with executive presence
  • Bias for operational excellence, improving team processes and removing friction
