What you will do

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition and close opportunities through technical expertise.
• Own customer technical engagements, deliver demos, presentations, and hands-on enablement.
• Proactively communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Located in Greater NYC or Boston Area (ideal)
• 5+ years technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open-source technologies or metrics/monitoring.
• Strong written and oral communication for remote international collaboration and customer interactions.
• Technical mindset with experience in post-sales, engineering, or coding bootcamp.
• Self-motivated, initiative-driven, with ability to solve technical challenges creatively.
