What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey from prospect to expansion, driving activation and retention.
  • Develop segmentation frameworks and behavior-based programs to increase lifetime value.
  • Execute and optimize automated campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and push channels.
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics using data tools to improve targeting.
  • Scale campaign development and reporting through the use of AI and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management to align lifecycle programs with business goals.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle programs.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pendo.
  • Ability to use data tools like Tableau and PostHog to measure performance.
  • Experience using AI tools for campaign creation and process improvement.
  • Must be based in one of the supported US states.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.
  • Fluency in marketing or revenue operations, including data structures and integrations.
