What you will do

• Deliver early career programs across the EU, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track.
• Build and maintain trackers, workflows, and tools to support program operations and onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day execution, including cohort coordination and participant support.
• Partner with hiring managers, mentors, and the Talent team to ensure program readiness.
• Coordinate program touchpoints such as onboarding sessions, learning events, and networking.
• Support campus engagement and recruiting pipeline-building efforts across the EU.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in program coordination, early careers, recruiting, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to build structure within complex processes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets) for tracking data and metrics.
• Experience planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• Résumé/CV must be written in English.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting internships or graduate programs.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse.
