TL;DR
People Ops: Operating, designing and scaling efficient HR operations in a fast-growing healthtech company with an accent on onboarding operations, international mobility, and process automation. Focus on documenting user-centric processes, implementing automations, and handling individual employee situations across multiple countries.
Location: Hybrid in Paris (Valmy HQ), Lyon, Marseille, or Bordeaux, France. Must be legally eligible to work from France and based in one of our physical offices.

is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system, serving members in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
What you will do
- Scale operations through precise documentation, process automation, and simplification for smooth employee experience.
- Handle onboarding operations, international mobility/visa processes, training coordination, and daily admin tasks.
- Manage simple individual situations, maintain data quality, and flag structural improvements.
- Contribute to training scheduling and content (People Growth path) or leave management (People Ops path).
- Leverage AI tools to amplify work and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), as all internal processes and communications are in English.
- Based in Paris or one of our physical offices in France and legally eligible to work from France.
- At least first experience in HR (internships or recent graduate profiles welcome).
- Rigorous attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to prioritize amid shifting workloads.
- Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes.
- AI-enthusiastic and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Prior HR ops experience, even as intern.
- Background in tech startup/scale-up, operations, consulting, or training design.
