What you will do

• Own the end-to-end planning, production, and onsite delivery of brand events, including pop-ups and product announcements.
• Lead production from concept to execution, managing venue planning, vendor sourcing, budgeting, and run-of-show.
• Deliver hybrid events integrating in-person experiences with broadcast and digital distribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, R&D, and Field teams to create compelling live moments.
• Oversee key logistics including registration, ticketing, attendee experience, and livestream delivery.
• Develop repeatable production systems and playbooks to scale events across various programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience producing complex live events, brand activations, or flagship conferences.
• Expertise in AV, staging, lighting, and onsite operations.
• Proven track record of producing hybrid events with broadcast or livestream components.
• Strong operational skills in managing budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent events.
• Ability to manage external production vendors and coordinate multiple internal teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco and eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or technology companies, specifically marketing AI products.
• Proficiency in event software platforms for ticketing and streaming.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize planning and production workflows.
• Multilingual skills in French or German.
