Salary: $238,000–$270,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage and coach 6–8 engineers, fostering an inclusive culture and establishing rituals for professional growth.
• Partner with product, design, and UXR to translate customer pain points into a technical MVP and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to balance large-scale feature launches with iterative product enhancements.
• Guide the articulation and execution of the team’s future roadmap aligned with high-level business goals.
• Engage directly with customers to validate technical feasibility and co-develop real-world workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years managing a technical team.
• Demonstrated track record of growing engineers across various levels.
• Experience building and scaling new products or incubations in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate qualitative customer insights into crisp product and technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills to align engineering, design, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Deep curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and a willingness to leverage them for productivity.
