What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of DSP partnerships in NA, from onboarding to technical integration.
• Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and resolve escalations for DSP partners.
• Monitor key KPIs and integration health metrics to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic plans.
• Utilize internal BI tools and SQL to analyze performance and identify revenue-increasing insights.
• Consult with partners on product offerings and support the release of new exchange features.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Technical Account Management within the programmatic space (DSP, SSP, or publishers).
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising (RTB, SSPs, DSPs, OTT) and web/mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JS, JSON, APIs).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and problem resolution.
• Proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders in high-growth environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
