What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders within the largest enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute Joint Success Plans to align product capabilities with customer business objectives.
  • Own gross retention and consumption expansion targets, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead high-level technical discussions regarding API solutions, proxy management, and data extraction.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate clear ROI and cost-savings.
  • Monitor account health data to proactively identify at-risk accounts and execute turnaround strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Engineering specifically managing Enterprise/Strategic accounts in SaaS or Data.
  • Solid technical understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar books of business and achieving retention targets.
  • Experience navigating procurement and internal politics of Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to simplify complex data.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a remote, multicultural team.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the web scraping or data extraction ecosystem.
