What you will do
- Drive profitable sales of the Retail portfolio, including hardware, software, professional services, and managed services.
- Develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales funnel from pipeline generation through to successful closure.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships and align NCR solutions with customer business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal resources, including product management and sales support teams.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to review performance, value, and position new solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience.
- Experience in the Retail industry.
- Proven track record of attaining sales quotas and managing complex account relationships.
- Expertise in consultative selling and developing senior-level business relationships.
- Must be based in the UK.
