What you will do

  • Drive profitable sales of the Retail portfolio, including hardware, software, professional services, and managed services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales funnel from pipeline generation through to successful closure.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships and align NCR solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal resources, including product management and sales support teams.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to review performance, value, and position new solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience in the Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of attaining sales quotas and managing complex account relationships.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and developing senior-level business relationships.
  • Must be based in the UK.
