What you will do
- Support Commercial Success Managers in managing a range of benefit and reward clients to ensure optimal service levels.
- Take ownership of core operational functions to ensure accounts run smoothly within agreed SLAs and budgets.
- Identify new growth opportunities for existing clients and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Produce and analyze MI and ad hoc reporting using Microsoft Office to highlight patterns or concerns.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, including client contacts, contracts, and communication logs.
- Handle client invoicing, website content updates, and copywriting/proofreading tasks.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce (desirable).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and work independently under pressure.
- Experience in a busy administrative client support role is preferred.
- Must be based in or able to work from Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
